1. Individual assessment
Every application is reviewed individually. A sector appearing on this website does not guarantee acceptance. Approval and continued service depend on Paysys requirements, partner criteria, the intended flow of funds, jurisdiction, documentation and ongoing risk.
2. Baseline requirements
Applicants must disclose accurate ownership, control, licensing, websites, products, fulfilment, customer geographies, counterparties, expected volumes and sources and uses of funds. Required registrations and authorizations must remain valid.
3. Prohibited activity
Services may not be used for unlawful activity; sanctions evasion; fraud or deception; trafficking or exploitation; unlicensed financial activity; unauthorized controlled goods; counterfeit products; malicious software; stolen data; sham transactions; or any activity prohibited by an applicable partner, network or law.
4. Restricted activity
Some sectors require enhanced due diligence, specialist partners, additional controls or written approval. Examples may include regulated healthcare products, gaming, digital assets, adult-oriented services, high-value goods, travel, subscription models, telemarketing, charities and businesses with elevated dispute, delivery or regulatory risk.
5. Jurisdictions and counterparties
Paysys may restrict locations, currencies, assets, counterparties or corridors because of sanctions, financial-crime risk, partner coverage, local law or operational capability. Transactions must not be structured to avoid a restriction.
6. Ongoing review
Acceptance is not permanent. We may request updated information, reassess activity, apply limits, require remediation, suspend specific flows or terminate service where circumstances or requirements change.
7. No guarantee
Submitting an application, providing documents or receiving an initial indication does not create a right to service. Final approval may depend on one or more independent partners.
